Evan L. Kaine
Evan L. Kaine is a founding partner of Kaine & Jones, LLC and concentrates his practice on civil law and personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and wrongful death.
Mr. Kaine’s practice focuses on defending clients’ rights and protecting their interests.
Evan’s civil law practice assists clients with business creation and structure, employment issues, daily business operations, accounts collection, business disputes and contract issues.
Mr. Kaine has been recognized in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution and received honors for providing pro bono legal services.
Evan received his B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Georgia State University, an MBA and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2003. He also obtained a Masters of Law Letters (LL.M.) in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from George Washington University School of Law in 2004.
Mr. Kaine is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, Florida and the District of Columbia. Additionally, he has been admitted to the State Supreme Court of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
