Welcome to Our Blog!

Welcome to the official blog of Kaine Law, LLC!  We hope that this will be the first of many entries in the coming weeks, months and years. Sole practitioner Evan Kaine operates his practice out of Atlanta, Georgia and focuses on personal injury and wrongful death.  We are committed to the American model of civil justice and believe that anyone injured due to the negligence of others has a right to use that system and the courts, if necessary, to receive compensation for the injuries and damages suffered.

We want you, our readers and current or potential clients, to have a full understanding of the law.  The more you know about your civil rights, the better prepared you will be to avoid injury or, if injured because someone else was negligent, to know what to do to seek justice with our help.  Every week we will share important news and insights related to personal injury such as advice on what to do if a car hits you or how to cope with the loss of a loved one.

In future entries to this blog we will tell you a little more about ourselves, and we will try to pass on some of our knowledge regarding this system of civil justice. Hopefully, we can impart some information that will prove both helpful and entertaining.  Please check back on this blog or visit our Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or Twitter pages for weekly updates.  And if you or someone you love is injured and needs assistance in Atlanta, GA, please contact us for a free case evaluation.
