Super Bowl Safety

If you aren’t familiar with either Uber or MADD, both have made a significant difference in keeping intoxicated individuals off of Georgia’s roads. Uber is an app-based company that utilizes everyday people to assist in transporting others to and from places around Atlanta and other cities throughout Georgia.  By downloading the app on your smartphone or tablet you can have a car pick you up, within minutes, from your location and drive you home safely.

The mission statement of MADD is as follows, “to end drunk driving, help fight drugged driving, support the victims of these violent crimes and prevent underage drinking.”  Since 1980, MADD has helped countless families and loved ones with support and guidance when losing someone they love to drunk driving. They have worked diligently in giving victims funding, counseling and tributes to lives cut entirely too short.

Now, it is only fitting that both Uber and MADD to have teamed-up in assisting those who have had too much to drink on Super Bowl Sunday to get home safely, without getting into a car accident and without harming others.  Not only will you be saving lives, you will also be donating to a fantastic cause!
